CLASSES RANGING FROM

Beginner to Advanced

We tailor workouts to fit your individual needs and goals. We offer a variety of classes which allows you to mix up your training, according to your goals. We know that variety in training is key to your success and makes it more fun. We also offer classes with no impact. So if you are someone who should not do high impact exercise, we have you covered. These classes include rowing, cycling and BodyFlow.

CrossFit Kids

Through our unique combination of fitness and motor-skill-building activities, the CrossFit Kids curriculum increases physical activity levels, improves fitness, and builds confidence.

The class duration is relatively short and its play-based curriculum is entirely geared towards teaching kids to think of exercise as FUN. Skills are focused on the very basic foundations of functional movement and age appropriate developmental motor skills. CrossFit makes young individuals more confident, by encouraging them to try new things, take more risks and believe in their potential. The camaraderie of CrossFit boxes also teaches children how to interact with their peers and build valuable social skills, as well as become more driven and dedicated.

Our Kids’ coaches love kids and love seeing them gain confidence while getting fitter, faster, stronger, and gaining more coordination.

Unlimited Athletics Barbell Club (Teens)

The program will focus on expanding your athlete’s current athletic talents and most importantly, identifying and eliminating their weaknesses.

Our mission is to use the off-season to build a solid foundation for high school sports by increasing athletic potential through increases in strength, speed and agility. Training will focus on learning quality technique and movement patterns within a safe, challenging and competitive environment.

We also offer adult barbell camps. These camps are 6 weeks long and two classes a week. Our goal is to build solid foundations on the olympic lifts. Olympic lifts are the snatch and Clean & jerk. We focus on ironing out the important fundamentals of each progression. This takes practice and consistency. We are also an official barbell club with USAW (USA weightlifting). We offer weightlifting meets. UA also uses this platform as a scholarship program. We prep high school athletes for College weight lifting and can help them get a scholarship in this sport. Every year college scholarships are left on the table because teens aren’t trained in this sport. Some high schools have power lifting. Power lifting is back squat, bench press, and deadlift. None of the high schools offer Olympic lifting. Most high schools around our area don’t offer either. We feel it is a great opportunity to prep our teens for this sport. It can provide a college education that they otherwise may not have had. We hope to impact our youth in a positive way with such a program.

CrossFit Teen Fitness Camps

Our Teens program is designed for your rapidly developing teenagers in ninth through twelfth grade. These classes are Led by qualified trainers who have extensive experience working with adolescent athletes of all levels. Whether your teenager is looking for off-season general preparedness training for sports or just a fun atmosphere to develop a greater level of fitness and health, our Teens program is great for all athletes. Workouts consist of constantly-varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and scaleable for any participant at any level. The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that they need in life and will develop their ability to push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift and jump.

Our camps are usually 4-6 weeks at a time. 2 days a week.

Nutrition

UA provides an individualized support step by step program to help you find a new normal of healthy habits. This includes Virtual or in person check-ins with your coach weekly to keep you on track, Inbody scan & assessment, Individualized meal plans, and our Exclusive app for tracking and engagement.

Your first step is an initial consultation. We understand there is a lot of mixed information on the internet. At UA, we are here to find out where you are starting from and formulate a plan customized for you!

Step two is to meet with a nutrition expert to create a simple and sustainable plan. At UA, we focus on education and changing behavior to help you take control of your health. Our mission is to prevent disease and promote optimal health for all our clients.

Step three is to Transform your health with the ongoing support and accountability of your nutrition coach.
