Our personal trainers help their clients achieve certain fitness goals, including but not limited to weight loss, strength training, toning, or overall health management.
Each client’s fitness level can be extremely different, so a trainer may be introducing one client to basic exercises, helping a second one with a weight loss program, and assisting a third in advanced training goals.
It all begins with a free consult where goals are discussed, a plan of action will be created specific to those goals.
Personal training packages are:

_____ C. 12 sessions for $480.00 ($40/session) 3/week
_____ D. Buddy program: $35/ session per person
_____ E. Trio Program: $25/ session per person
